Room was spacious with a killer view, staff super friendly, and breakfast was top-notch - even had free hot choc in the lobby. 🍫They got a 24x7 gym and lots of good eats nearby. Only bummer was the pricey parking situation; gotta shell out extra and walk a bit to Inner Harbor, but overall, it was a rad stay!

The hotel's location was perfect, close to many great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the convention center. the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. However, the room size was a bit small and the noise insulation could be improved.

The cookies at The Hyatt are straight-up legendary, like finding hidden treasure in a sea of crumbs. The breakfast buffet is a symphony of flavors, from sausages to cinnamon French toast, served up with Seattle Coffee. The bright lobby and clean rooms add a touch of flair to your stay.

The check-in guy was efficient but lacked that Baltimore banter we all love. However, Charles at the parking garage saved the day with his local charm, guiding us to a cheaper spot.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the location was ideal, situated at the east side of the inner harbor, making it easily accessible to popular areas like Fells Point and Inner Harbor. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable with a decent view, and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which had many options and included various healthy choices. It was a great way to start our day.

Our visit to Baltimore Inner Harbor Marina and Baltimore Cruise Terminal was a breeze from this conveniently located hotel! It's just a short walk from the National Aquarium and a quick drive to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The comfortable rooms and superb staff made our family stay pleasant. The free hot breakfast helped kickstart our days of exploration.

In my wife's opinion, providing a larger pool area for families with children would be beneficial.

It's just a short walk from the National Aquarium, and we had a blast checking out all the marine life. Plus, we were super stoked to hit up Oriole Park at Camden Yards, only a quick Uber ride away. The hotel's chill vibe and awesome location made it the perfect base for our adventure.

The only thing we'd ask for is a fun hangout spot within the hotel where young people can chill and play some games.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had two queen beds and a pull out double bed, perfect for my family of five. We didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a delicious spread of food every morning. The hotel's location was ideal, with convenient shops like CVS and Whole Foods nearby. We also enjoyed dining at Nando's Peri Peri, which served the best chicken we've had in a long time. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us, even storing our frozen yogurt while we ate our take-out dinner. Our kids, aged 4 and 5, had no problem walking to popular attractions like the Aquarium, Port Discovery, and the Maryland Science Center thanks to the hotel's proximity. The free water taxi and Charm City Circulator stops were also conveniently located. The hotel gym had plenty of equipment for a full workout.

Can't fault the property in any way.
