The location of this hotel is wonderful if you have family in the area. It is extremely convenient and close to many restaurants, shopping, amenities, and attractions. The room was well decorated and beautiful, beyond my imagination. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the room were clean and spacy.

The only issue I had was with the towels, as they were out of them.

We loved the location of this venue as there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We even dined at Legal Foods restaurant near the south shore plaza and the food was amazing. The room was wonderful with comfy beds and a TV with great channels. We particularly loved the tea and coffee facilities that were provided and the free toiletries were lovely too. The staff were very friendly and the service we received was fantastic, from the housekeeping to the room service.

This place had everything we needed except for one thing - the staff is got to be the worst at customer service. We had a slight issue upon check-in, but they insisted we did not have a second reservation, which was not a pleasant conversation.
