Recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a few days while exploring Charleston. The staff was exceptional, the location was ideal, and the hotel was immaculately clean. During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location with easy access to the interstate and shopping. It made it very convenient to explore the area and visit Tanger Outlets. the room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

One aspect that I was disappointed with was the breakfast. the added charge for breakfast was not worth it, as most of the options seemed to be frozen and just heated up.
