Modern vibes but some hiccups

The hotel feels super sleek and has a nice, upscale vibe. Rooms were clean and the shower was great! Breakfast could've been better, tho. We had some trouble with the A/C not cooling, and there was a mix-up with our room not being ready on time. Could’ve been smoother.

The location was convenient and there was parking available. The room had a small refrigerator and sink, which was a nice addition. The blue color scheme created a pleasant ambiance.

The rooms were in a very serviceable condition, with a semi-separate living space in the 2-bedroom setup, providing ample space for relaxation.

The only issue I had was with the pool, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was more than satisfactory.

Spent Christmas at a wonderful hotel with my family. the room was spacious and clean, with a great view. We had a comfortable bed and the staff was friendly and professional. the hotel had its own power during a power outage in the area, unlike other hotels. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with plenty of dining options nearby and a college within walking distance. And the best part? There's an amazing Greek restaurant nearby called Apollo's, which served delicious food and had a friendly atmosphere.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the AC in our room didn't work well, making the room warm and stuffy.

The Hyatt Place in Columbus has excellent amenities and services. We were grateful for the attentive staff who accommodated our early check-in request and provided us with a clean and spacious room. The king-sized room was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for our toddler to play and a separate area for the pack n' play. The mini fridge in the room was a lifesaver, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and friendly staff.

The location is great too, with plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and large TV.
