My husband and I spent five days at Hyatt Place last year with Road Scholars and decided to stop over on our return trip this year. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were fantastic, with extra shelving, hooks, and a close-up mirror. The staff, especially Karen Hancock, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also pet-friendly, with hypoallergenic rooms and a great location near the ocean and bay beach. The breakfast was excellent, with different food options each day.

This hotel is in a great location, just a block away from a beautiful beach. It's also conveniently close to Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach, so you have plenty of options for exploring the area. The staff here is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the moment we checked in, they provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and met our needs perfectly. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of healthy options and was simply delicious.

Had a great 3 night stay while in town for work. The hotel wasn't busy as it was the off season. The location is great and is very near the beach. The room was clean and large! The only minor issue I had was I could easily hear my neighbors. Breakfast was good and had nice fresh fruit each morning. I would stay here again for sure. I also loved there were plenty of places around that you can walk to for dinner.

The beach is walking distance, rooms are clean, and breakfast has a variety of hot options. Staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure to provide fresh towels when requested. The bar is open late for a relaxing evening. Wonderful experience overall.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major disappointment. the bathroom in our room was dirty and had mold, which was quite unpleasant.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and indoor swimming pool. Located just a block away from both the beach and the bay, making it easy to explore the area. the friendly staff were accommodating and eager to assist us with any needs.

The decor of the hotel could benefit from more vibrancy and a fresher look. Would have preferred an outdoor swimming pool option to truly soak up the sun.

We stayed at a hotel near the beach which was great as we could walk everywhere including bars and Rehobeth Beach. The hotel was well located, not far from a beautiful beach, and the rooms were spacious with a nice living area.

We had a blast staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a block away from the beach and easy to cross the Coastal Highway. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a sitting area to relax. The soundproofing was excellent, and the industrial strength air conditioner kept us cool. We enjoyed the good variety of TV channels and the convenient small fridge. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, especially the eggs and bacon. we felt right at home and the staff made our stay memorable.
