Great location and breakfast!

The breakfast here was a pleasant surprise with plenty of options. Super convenient for our family reunion. The staff were friendly, especially the hostess who was really nice! The room felt a bit cramped and had a weird smell, plus the fire alarm woke us up early one day. Would love to see updates to the carpet too.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk staff on July 5th were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to assist us. The lobby was nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near multiple stores and restaurants, making it easily accessible for everything our family needed. It was also pleasantly surprising how quiet it was, despite being off the highway.

The only downside we experienced was a slight issue with our room. When we initially checked in, it wasn't cleaned, so we had to go back downstairs to get a different room.

Fun and friendly staff. Convenient bar location. Clean rooms. Spacious and well-equipped. New-looking property.

I got great value for my money at Hyatt Place. The room was like a small studio apartment with a comfortable bed, nice sitting area, and plenty of storage space. The location was convenient, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The staff were all very helpful and polite.

The breakfast items could be improved by providing more towels at the pool area.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The location was convenient and easily accessible from Route 75. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, except for the bed issue. The front desk staff, especially Ian, was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lobby bar for a cocktail each night. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of choices. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Located conveniently for a stopover on a road trip from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale. Friendly and welcoming staff who worked hard to assist guests. Homemade breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. Comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.

Area surrounding the hotel was not the nicest. Television in the room did not work properly.

The 2 queen room with sofa was perfect for 3, especially after 5 days on our boat. It felt spacious and clean with nice bedding and a large TV. The separate sitting area with couch, coffee bar, and desk was a great touch. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and we loved all the storage. The hotel employees were helpful and polite. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and restaurants, yet still quiet.

This hotel is close to everything - stores, retail areas, and the Forum - which made it super convenient for me. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities in my 1-King Bed room were great, including a sofa and good amenities, even with such late notice. The breakfast served was also really good.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to restaurants and a strip mall. Additionally, the hotel provided quality service with dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the great seating area with garden furniture and flat-screen TV. The swimming pool was a great way to relax and it had sun loungers to bask in the sun.
