We loved the central location of this place in the lively downtown area. The staff provided room service and dry cleaning while the laundry and wake up service was on point. The staff were polite and welcoming. The soundproofed rooms with heating and air conditioning, along with coffee/ tea and ironing facilities, made our stay comforting. The flat-screen tv and freshly decorated carpeted floor helped us to relax after a long day.

We loved the modern feel and look of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions. The snack bar and coffee shop were convenient and the breakfast was good. The bar upstairs had amazing food, great city views, and the bartenders and servers were top-notch.

We felt totally at home during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.

The valet staff was helpful, and the check-in process was easy. the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel failed to inform me about a refundable deposit for damages, resulting in an unexpected charge upon arrival. Despite paying the deposit, it has not been refunded even after several weeks.

The view from my room was amazing. Despite some noise from other rooms, my stay was pleasant. The front desk clerk was very helpful and promptly fixed an issue with my room key. I recommend this hotel.

Guests were pleasantly surprised with the hotel's prime location, where they were able to explore the area easily by foot. The breakfast was also a highlight for many, with guests enjoying the clean and tasty spread. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, making guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location in downtown ____. It provides great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities that are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful - they really make you feel welcome and at home. I particularly appreciated Tracey, the lady who gave me tips on my job interview. She definitely went above and beyond. Also, the rooms have a nice view of the cityscape.

Great staff, fantastic location, and breathtaking views from the 14th floor. Immaculately clean and very comfy beds. Valet is speedy and helpful. Highly recommend.
