The location was excellent, especially for attending Pacers games. The gym and breakfast were both great amenities.

One minor inconvenience was the parking situation. The valet was unable to accommodate my car and the self-parking garage was full.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent - right in downtown, close to the train station, and within walking distance of everything. It was so convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were modern and stylish. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided exceptional service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a great romantic escape in downtown. the hotel's complimentary breakfast was delicious, and we loved sipping Starbucks coffee on the outdoor terrace. the bed was firm and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location was key; we were within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and a concert venue.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. First, there was no bathtub, only a shower, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel offered a great breakfast spread, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Circle City Mall, restaurants, and entertainment. the bar had a nice, open atmosphere that encouraged guests to mingle and socialize.

I had a few negative experiences during my stay. the hotel staff at the front desk were not very welcoming or friendly.

I got great value for my money at Hyatt Place Downtown. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a really cozy bed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast option could have been better if they had more "to go" containers available.

Had a great new year's stay! the breakfast had a variety of options and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the location was amazing, just a stone's throw away from the concert venue and close to other great attractions. We also loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere.

The pancakes were not very flavorful and the wait at the bar was a bit long. Our shower hatch also fell out, but it was quickly fixed.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, close to the train station and everything was in walking distance which was nice. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, they offered great service and even helped us with our room service and dry cleaning. The terrace was a great addition as well, we enjoyed sitting outside in the fresh air. The room amenities were also exceptional, we had everything we needed like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities.

We definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in downtown Indy for a weekend getaway. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the shower heated up quickly. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and the lobby and room decor were lovely. The front desk clerk was helpful and the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. a great experience.
