I especially want to mention Michelle at the front desk, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and our room was spacious and well-equipped. One standout moment was when the service tech, Antonio, helped us with an HDMI cord so my boyfriend could play his game. the staff and amenities made our stay at Hyatt Place truly enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and the hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was excellent with freshly prepared choices and a very clean kitchen and eating area. The lady in charge made us feel welcome. The shuttle service was convenient, taking us to and picking us up from a nearby restaurant. The location was perfect, as it was near the highway and a major thoroughfare, making it easy for us to explore the Jacksonville area.

The 24-hour front desk service was a pleasant surprise, and they even provided me with complimentary Aquafinas when they ran out of my preferred bottled water brand. The 12 o'clock checkout time was a game-changer, allowing me to have a leisurely morning before leaving. The breakfast bar was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start my day.

Loved the 24/7 snack market, felt like a culinary adventure. The hotel had a fancy atmosphere, designed to make you forget you were in Jacksonville. Safety features included, but no guarantee to keep out bedbugs.
