The building is older but very well kept. Our room was quiet, making it easier to sleep and rest. The staff was friendly and helpful with breakfast recommendations. Close to restaurants and shopping. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with our room being both clean and spacious. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large safe parking lot which made us feel at ease. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to the airport in a nice area just outside the city. We felt it was a very safe area with many restaurants nearby, offering convenient dining options.

During our romantic escape, we loved the proximity of this hotel to a Starbucks and nearby food options. It was convenient to start our mornings with a good cup of coffee and have easy access to different dining choices. Additionally, the hotel provided ample plugs and USB ports in the room, which was great for charging our devices and keeping them close by.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the comfort level of the bed and pillows was below our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay! This place is located in a beautiful area just outside the city, and we felt safe parking our car in the large, secure lot. The staff here gave excellent customer service, and the housekeeping was exceptional. A highlight was the range of amenities: our room had everything we needed, including a strong Wi-Fi signal, a comfortable sitting area, and great views from the outdoor garden furniture. The swimming pool was also lovely, and we enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and jacuzzi. we couldn't have asked for more - this venue exceeded our expectations!

As young families, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The hostess, Caitlyn, went above and beyond to accommodate us and even got us into our room early. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options that made us feel like we were having breakfast in our own home. The hot chocolate bar was a nice touch too.

We felt very welcome and had no complaints during our stay.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a sports weekend getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was nice and quiet. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures, and the staff, especially the night staff, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our requests were met. it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in recently in terms of cleanliness and friendliness.

Bathroom size was a bit small with limited standing space between the shower and door. We would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Hyatt Place for a medical conference and I always enjoy it. The room layout is the best I've seen in the US, with a spacious living area, comfortable bed, and a nice desk for work. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations for nearby dinner options. I loved the size and convenience of the shower, and the hotel's location next to a Barnes and Noble was a nice bonus. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the swimming pool was clean. a fantastic stay!

During our Louisville visit, we found the hotel's cleanliness to be impressive. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a spacious room that had a sectional sleeper sofa, desk, and extra sink/coffee area. Additionally, the hotel's safe location just outside the city provided us with a large parking lot, which was convenient and gave us peace of mind.
