Clean room with friendly staff, but Wi-Fi was spotty. Enjoyed the fitness center.

the towels were paper thin, and one hand towel? really? just fabulous. the bar ran out of food early, so I guess that's how they treat guests who expect something nice. shocking how no one bothered to check the pool for temperature issues, where's the treatment I deserve? I almost gave a good review but couldn't, clearly.

Housekeeping missed my request for service.

Despite some noise from above, I enjoyed the spacious room and appreciated the variety in the complimentary breakfast. Proximity to Texas Tech made exploring easy, and the friendly staff were a highlight of my visit.

The spacious room featured a comfortable sofa bed and clean, modern amenities. The friendly staff provided excellent service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Located near the campus, convenience was a highlight, and the lounge area offered a nice workspace. However, housekeeping was inconsistent, and the bathroom doors felt less secure than expected. While I appreciated the overall cleanliness, the noise from other guests disrupted my sleep at times.

I loved the spacious family-friendly room that allowed us all to relax comfortably together! The indoor pool was a perfect option for keeping the kids entertained, especially during our Texas trip. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast filled with healthy choices, setting a great tone for our adventure each day!

Inconsistent housekeeping service, particularly the shower heads with hard water buildup!!! The bathroom doors need better locks for privacy!!! The air conditioning struggled to maintain comfort, and it would be great if the blinds worked properly!!!

I loved how close the hotel was to the Buddy Holly Center and Mackenzie Park, making it super convenient to stroll and soak in the local culture and beautiful views during my stay in 2024, while the staff was friendly and the breakfast options were very good, setting the perfect start to my daily adventures.

Had a great trip with friends! We loved being close to the Texas Tech campus and enjoyed delicious meals at Torchy's Tacos and a local burger joint. The hotel is clean, modern, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway!

Only issue was that we experienced some noise during the night from other guests, which made it a bit hard to sleep.
