My stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic! We had a great experience from the moment we arrived. The staff working the front desk on Friday late afternoon/early evening were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bartender on Friday was amazing, serving us delicious drinks and making us feel right at home. We were even able to book a small private party on both Friday and Saturday night, which was a huge plus. The hotel's warm saltwater pool was the best pool I've ever been in, and everything was very clean. The location was also ideal, with plenty of entertainment and dining options within walking distance. The breakfast had a variety of delicious foods, and the gym was open whenever we wanted. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely choose to stay at Hyatt Place again.

The rooms were so cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning and a spacious desk - perfect for spreading out our things. The kids loved the flat-screen TV and the seating area, making it feel like a home away from home.

I wish the bathroom had a tub instead of just a shower.

The hotel facilities, including the on-site laundry room, were convenient and added to the comfort of my stay. The location of the hotel was ideal for me as it was very close to the ice rink where the tournament I was attending was being hosted. Additionally, the free parking and easy access to the highway were great perks. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and pillows. I also enjoyed the well-equipped 24/7 gym and the lovely pool.

Whether we want to enjoy dining options or entertainment, everything is just a stone's throw away. Moreover, the spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensure a pleasant stay, which is surprisingly affordable. I also appreciate the availability of breakfast, including fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, and pastries. The friendly staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, made our family stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here, especially during the week for better pool availability.

The woman at the front desk was rude and hard to understand. The cleanliness of the room was below standard, with dirty socks under the couch cushions, stains on the trash can, and items under the bathroom sink.

The hotel was brand new and immaculately clean, which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay.
