This hotel is located right across the street from the convention center, which made attending conferences super easy! The staff was incredibly helpful and took care of my dry cleaning needs. Additionally, the room had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the jacuzzi and fitness studio available for guests.

This hotel was perfectly situated for exploring the city, as it was close to public transport links and popular attractions. The Convention Center was right across the street. The comfortable and clean rooms were well-furnished with large TVs and modern amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast that was included in our stay.

Our stay at Hyatt Place was superb! The location was perfect for cruisers, with a free city shuttle to the ship just around the corner. We loved the abundance of restaurants in the area and the convenience of being able to walk to the French Quarter in just 20 minutes. The staff was professional and extremely helpful, from the front desk receptionist Cheyenne to the hilarious bell hop Mr. Bruce. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a great place to relax. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of hot and cold foods, although sometimes they ran out of certain items. The lobby always had flavored water available and the small bar offered good prices on beer and wine. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hospitality was outstanding, and they even provided me with a map of the area. Special shoutout to Mr. Bruce, the bell hop, who made sure my luggage was taken care of with a great sense of humor. The front desk receptionists, including Cheyenne, were extraordinary and always answered my questions. The breakfast was delicious, and the housekeeping staff kept my room clean with fresh towels. it was a great experience.

Dominique and Corey went above and beyond to provide great customer service, suggesting things to do in the city and making our stay special. Grady, the valet, was also great. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
