The rooms at Hyatt Place Pasadena were so comfortable and accessible. The fridge and flat-screen TV were great for relaxing. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries, which was convenient for us and the kids.

I personally found the need to check the guestroom once in a 24-hour period a bit unnecessary, but I know it's for security.

The breakfast at Hyatt Place was a great way to start the day. It had a good variety and everything was fresh. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast for members.

One night during our stay, we were upgraded to a room with a great view. Although it was next to a construction site, the hotel provided earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. the location was fantastic as it was within easy walking distance to various shopping and dining areas, such as Colorado and Lake Ave. This made it really convenient for exploring the city and trying out different local establishments. Additionally, the hotel itself was well-appointed with clean and neat rooms. I particularly enjoyed staying on the upper floor as it offered stunning views of the mountains. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident and I appreciated the basic amenities provided. The breakfast offered a nice variety, with a good selection of food. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay.

We were disappointed with the view from our room. We had paid extra for a nicer room with a view, but unfortunately, we were stuck looking at construction the whole time.
