The hotel offered comfortable pillows and clean rooms. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Our experience at the hotel was not without its issues. the TV in our room was not functioning properly, and despite notifying the front desk multiple times, the problem was not resolved.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The room was comfortable and had lovely decor. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The amenities such as the A/C, pool, and fitness room were all excellent. The parking was spacious and convenient.

I loved my stay here! The location is perfect as it's right off the highway which made it easy for me to go places. The service was top-notch and the staff was always willing to help. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was super comfy and I loved the sitting area where I could relax and watch TV. Also, the breakfast was fantastic, and I enjoyed something different every morning.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for the doctor my husband was seeing. It was close to the medical center and made it easy for us to get there on time. the staff at the hotel were also very nice and friendly, providing helpful information and assistance when needed. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was good and had a decent variety of options to choose from.

Our room was not up to standard. the bathroom was dirty, with someone else's hair in the sink and the shower was also dirty.

This hotel is located right off of a busy highway, so it's very easy to get in and out. The rooms are spacious with a king-sized bed and a walk-in shower. The attention to detail is impressive, with the couch on the side adding extra comfort. The breakfast is also pretty good, and it’s a great value for money.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, and comfortable beds. The seating area with the L-shaped couch that converts to a sofa bed was a great addition. The hotel's location near the doctor's office was very convenient. The staff were friendly and the bar had a well-stocked selection of drinks. The parking lot provided ample space for our truck and trailer. a fantastic stay!

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety and the option to have a Starbucks coffee. Additionally, the fact that WiFi and parking were free was a great advantage.

The room decor was not very appealing, as it had a beige-on-beige color scheme, which made it look dull. the air system in the room was quite noisy and seemed to resemble a washing machine, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Gilbert for 3 nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were just right. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hot breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plenty of towels were provided, and we could easily request more if needed.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
