there were difficulties with accessing our room upon arrival. It took multiple trips to the front desk before the problem was resolved, which could have been handled more efficiently.

My recent stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic! I was in town for a business conference and stayed for three nights. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The highlight for me was the sparkling indoor pool - it was larger than most hotel pools and exceptionally clean. The nearby dining options, especially Panera Bread, were a bonus. The room had a large TV and the shower was a delight.

the food options at the hotel were limited and mostly pre-packaged, which was not what I had expected. Secondly, the heating system seemed to be inconsistent, as I struggled to get the temperature in my room to a comfortable level.

The staff were incredibly accommodating when we needed late check-out due to a medical emergency. They even waived our fees when we explained the situation. The room was clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing. a great stay.
