there were difficulties with accessing our room upon arrival. It took multiple trips to the front desk before the problem was resolved, which could have been handled more efficiently.

the prices were very reasonable, offering good value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

My recent stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic! I was in town for a business conference and stayed for three nights. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The highlight for me was the sparkling indoor pool - it was larger than most hotel pools and exceptionally clean. The nearby dining options, especially Panera Bread, were a bonus. The room had a large TV and the shower was a delight.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. This made it easy for me to explore the area and enjoy my time away from home.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the food options at the hotel were limited and mostly pre-packaged, which was not what I had expected.

The staff were incredibly accommodating when we needed late check-out due to a medical emergency. They even waived our fees when we explained the situation. The room was clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing. a great stay.
