Comfortable public spaces made for a pleasant stay.

During my visit, the bathroom shower was unacceptably dirty, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I had issues with the TV, as no staff could provide the access code, leaving me frustrated and without entertainment options. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. there was a lack of basic items like orange juice, and the eggs were overcooked, making the complimentary meal feel underwhelming overall.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. However, the breakfast options were underwhelming, with overcooked items. This hotel is great for family travelers and close to shopping. Another plus is their pet-friendly policy, though the pet fee could be a consideration.

The room was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was loud, leading to sinus headaches. Overall, it’s a decent spot close to many stores and restaurants.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, with a clean and modern atmosphere that made for a delightful overnight stay. The indoor swimming pool and free airport shuttle provided excellent amenities for our family trip.

Super nice stay with amazing staff!

Had a fun 2-night stay! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Missy was awesome, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The snack bar was a great plus for late-night munchies. One bummer, the shower pressure wasn't the best, but we made it work.

Here's my take on it

The accommodation was spacious and featured a comfortable layout, perfect for families. Breakfast timings exceeded my expectations, offering flexibility. The pull-out bed is a fantastic addition for larger groups. Despite some minor cleanliness concerns, my experience was satisfactory overall, thanks to friendly staff and a convenient location.

The hotel had a great partnership with nearby Gold's Gym, allowing me access during my stay. However, my room had a lingering moldy smell, which detracted from the overall experience.

We had a great time staying here! The best part was the breakfast, which was better than average, I mean, they had a solid spread that had us fueled for the day! ! The staff was so friendly and even helped us with the shuttle service to the airport, making everything easy for us. The rooms were spacious, and it felt clean and safe, perfect for a family getaway.

It wasn’t the cheapest option for the stay but still worth it considering the amenities and location.

However, the bathroom was so tiny I nearly needed a map to navigate! And what’s with the lack of towels for a family of six? I felt like I'd just joined a towel-less yoga class!

this hotel is super nice and clean! i loved the comfy beds and the breakfast had good options. the pool is heated too which was a nice surprise! also, there’s a lot of good restaurants nearby and a mall just around the corner. it was a perfect spot for our family visit!

Just a solid selection for a quick weekend visit in Roanoke with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise and definitely exceeded expectations. Make sure to enjoy their free parking options as well!
