I got great value for my money at Hyatt Place. The room was spacious and comfortable with two cozy beds and a sofa. The location was convenient, close to downtown and plenty of good restaurants. The staff treated me exceptionally well, especially the breakfast staff who were amazing.

The clean and comfortable rooms were equipped with great amenities like extra electrical outlets. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I recently had a great stay at this hotel on the outskirts of town close to the Santa Fe Place Mall. The staff was very helpful and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and the entire hotel was completely updated, from the rooms right up to the shower. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including great Greek yogurt served on nicer melamine plates.

The hotel was located close to the airport, making it convenient for my travels. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the spaciousness made it comfortable to stay in. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh coffee and creamers. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, especially the breakfast staff who were amazing.

We loved the spacious and comfortable room that included a huge couch that could be made into a bed, a nice king-size bed, a desk and chair, and a beautiful bathroom with a large glassed-in shower. The linens were nice, and toiletries had a pleasant scent. Moreover, the breakfast choices were fresh and wonderfully varied, and there is a Starbucks right here if you want something different. There is also a shuttle to downtown, several seating areas around the hotel, and a Mexican restaurant right around the corner.

This place offers an impressive level of hospitality. However, the staff could learn a thing or two about customer service.

The room was noisy because of the air conditioner which made it hard to sleep. it was difficult to locate the entrance because of inadequate signage.
