This place is awesome because of easy access to the comfort and holiday lights. It was very efficient for us to start with. I loved that we didn't have to exhaust ourselves by walking forever. This hotel is perfect for walking anywhere to shop and out for a coffee or a nightcap. The service staff are consistently very helpful and courteous. They were very professional and friendly. They are very friendly, and very attentive, and very willing to listen and support.

Although the hotel had spacious rooms with large TVs, the overall decor was starting to feel a bit outdated and could use a refresh. the gym, while spacious, was lacking in terms of equipment.

Limited food options after 2PM. Noisy hallways late into the night, which may be disturbing to some guests.
