My friends and I had a blast staying at this hotel for the Browns game - it's a quick walk to First Energy Stadium and we felt super pumped being so close to the action! Plus, the hotel's in a cool spot near bars and restaurants. We had a rad time checking out the local scene!

I wish there was a rooftop bar or hangout spot at the hotel - it would be epic to have a chill place to unwind and take in the city vibes after a wild night out.

When I stayed at this hotel, I had the pleasure of indulging in the on-site spa services, which felt like being transported to a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of downtown. The Swedish massage I received was so heavenly, it felt like all my worries melted away, leaving me completely rejuvenated.

At my first stay, the staff suggested great places to go. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a spa. I always come back for Christmas. I have no regrets.

We loved staying in this historic building, beautifully repurposed in a convenient downtown location. The stylish room had plenty of windows, offering views of the nearby parking structure. The atrium was a unique alternative to the typical hotel hallways.

The lack of noise in the room was a pleasant surprise as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Cleveland.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym/Fitness Center was fantastic with lots of machines and free weights. The hotel's location was great, close to the train and entertainment district. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe at this hotel. The arcade's architecture was stunning.

the building itself was impressive and located in a prime location. the highlight of my stay was visiting the 5th Street Arcade, which was conveniently connected to the hotel. the restaurant in the hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. They served a delicious breakfast as part of our package, which was a nice bonus. the rooms, although needing some updating, were spacious and comfortable. One feature I really appreciated was the flavored ice water in the lobby, especially on hot and humid days. I also felt secure with the use of the room key for elevator access.
