breakfast was amazing and brought to my room! the rooms were clean, nice, and fairly quiet near the runway. Service was great, staff very helpful. Drawback: staff charged me twice by card and cash mix-up. A convenient stay.

An airport hotel with cool tech features, fun activities for sports fans, and yummy meals. Loved the inclusive facilities and the pool view of Dallas. Enjoyed sipping cocktails at the lobby bar. Got great rest in comfy rooms. The 24-hour gym was a lifesaver after all those airport snacks. Even found a cozy spot to do some digital art. a solid stay with good vibes and convenient services. Great Runway View Room with Friendly Staff

The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the lack of proper signage and difficult access to the hotel from the airport terminal could be improved.

the hyatt regency was right inside terminal c - making it so convenient for catching a flight from loading area c24. the staff were super friendly and made sure we were all taken care of - even with a late-night rush. the room was clean and comfy, and the shuttle service to the airport was top-notch.

The room at Hyatt Regency DFW was nice and big, and clean. The bed was large and comfortable, and the view of the runway was impressive. Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet, providing a peaceful night's rest.

I did find an old coke can in the closet when pulling out the firmer pillow. And one side table wouldn't stay shut.

Despite a 7-hour weather delay causing check-in chaos, the staff could improve organization during unexpected surges in guests. Staffing up during potential delays could prevent long lines and frustration.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! From the friendly and professional check-in with Eric to the clean and spacious room with a stunning runway view, everything was perfect. The hotel decor was cute and the restaurant served delicious food, like my husband's favorite grouper sandwich and my mouthwatering teriyaki wings. The beds were super comfy, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with our heavy luggage and even provided ice. The shuttle drivers were also very friendly. This hotel has become our go-to choice for layovers.
