My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable, and we were even offered complimentary champagne and cookies upon arrival. The lobby was beautiful with a koi fish pond, and the front desk staff was attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed easy access to downtown Houston through Lyft. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you, Hyatt Regency, for an unforgettable trip!

The hotel has numerous electric outlets throughout the room which is convenient for charging devices. The restaurant and cafe on property offer good food options. The view of the lake from the room and lobby is breathtaking.

The staff lacks knowledge about important things, such as wheelchairs.

The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a lot of variety and tasty options. The staff was very polite and helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. It was nice to have free parking available, which was a big advantage for us.

Finding the entrance to the parking lot was quite challenging as there were not enough signs and the gates kept changing depending on the events happening at the hotel. Additionally, the rooms were a bit noisy and there was a need for some renovations as the hotel seemed a bit old.

The property had a beauty pageant and was full of kids. The pool was next to a creek with bugs nearby. No bugs inside. Skip the onsite cafe, get coffee elsewhere. Fun experience with koi fish. Would stay again.

The property was great with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a beautiful lobby. The fish in the lobby and champagne during check-in were a nice touch. I enjoyed the relaxing and friendly atmosphere at the bar.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very kind and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and the location was great. I appreciated the king-sized bed in the room and the variety of options at the breakfast bar. Also, the prices were very reasonable!

For the price, the value we got at Hyatt Regency West was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, and oh so comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

The breakfast options could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or fresh pastries.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby. The service was exceptional: the staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist us. They even welcomed us with a delicious drink upon arriving and offered happy hour specials. Our room was well equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and bar/lounge area, and loved the free toiletries. The leisure outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Recommend this hotel to everyone! The luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and express check-in/-out made our stay hassle-free. We also appreciated the free wi-fi, on-site car park, and lift. This hotel caters to everyone’s needs, including pets allowed. We will definitely be back!
