I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a glass of wine and a warm welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a rollaway bed provided for my grandson. We loved using the pool and jacuzzi, while my grandson had a blast playing in the water. The lobby offered coffee and tea in the morning, and there were large containers of ice-cold water available throughout the day. The staff members were incredibly gracious and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The secure parking lot was an added convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep during our romantic escape. the TV was newer and large, making it enjoyable to relax and watch movies together. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to local wineries and beautiful vineyards. We also loved the fact that the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was excellent.

The only downside was being charged for the Internet. It would have been nice if it had been included in the room rate.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Santa Rosa for a family vacation. The hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful foyer and a stunning pool. They even had two courtyards with a huge fire pit and games like giant Jenga for entertainment. The staff provided outstanding customer service and were always ready to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, with a mall across the street and the historic part of town within walking distance. The hotel also offered bicycles for guests to use. a fantastic stay.

The location is perfect, with several restaurants within walking distance in the historic Railroad Square area, and the center of downtown is easily accessible. The basic amenities are all there, and the rooms with two queen size beds have very comfortable beds and pillows. The wooden walking bridge view is pleasant, and the breakfast is included.

This hotel is a great place to stay in the Sonoma area. While it is situated in rather quiet area, I found it to be a perfect location to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. When I needed some entertainment, the staff was happy to suggest a local restaurant or winery. I also appreciated the open space in the lobby without any TV screens, making it perfect for conversation. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean with a well-appointed bathroom.

The valet parking at the hotel was quite pricey.
