We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely phenomenal, being next to the downtown area and close to all the attractions. We didn't even need to rent a car as everything was within walking distance or a short trip away. The view from our room was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

I also appreciated the proximity to local establishments such as Whole Foods, good cafes, and a CrossFit affiliate.

On the downside, there was a lack of storage space in the bathroom for wash bags and other items. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the kitchen, in addition to the coffee maker.

Misleading advertisement as the property claimed to be affiliated with a well-known hotel chain but it was not. Communication with the host was poor, resulting in a lack of information about the property and its available amenities.

I recently stayed at Icon Brickell for a weekend event and had a fantastic time. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, although a kettle would have been a nice addition. The WiFi and TV connectivity were excellent, and the hotel's location made it easy to access local attractions like Whole Foods, great cafes, and a CrossFit affiliate. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The view from my room was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of my stay. The closet was spacious and the kitchenette was a convenient feature. The property had everything I needed, and it was within walking distance to all the attractions. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the apartment was central and offered amazing views. Additionally, the apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette and spacious closet.

The bathroom was in poor condition, with leaking tubs and dirty floors. The furniture was not in place and had a strong smoke odor.

I could see the city skyline and it was breathtaking. The bed was also very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

I had a pleasant stay at Icon Brickell Apartments. Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the bathroom tub leaking and the misleading pool situation, the beauty of the view and the comfort of the bed made up for it.
