We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in the heart of the West Village. The value for money was excellent, and the room had a cozy and unique apartment vibe that we loved. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and the subway just a stone's throw away. The staff, especially Vincent and the other manager, were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was super close to all the shops, restaurants, and subway stations, making it really convenient to explore the city. I also loved how laid back and friendly the staff were. They made the check-in and check-out process super easy, and even stored our suitcases when we were leaving. the room was cleaned daily, ensuring a tidy and comfortable stay.

One thing I disliked about this hotel was that the bed was extremely high up. It felt like there were two mattresses placed on top of each other, making it a little hard to get into.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy New York City without paying high prices. It's located in a great area where you can easily access all the main attractions. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with windows to the sidewalk and a small kitchenette which is very useful. Breakfast is also a plus.

When staying in the West Village, we found the perfect pad for our business trip. The location was ideal, with close proximity to social activities and easy access to public transport. The rooms were spotless, giving us a rustic feel that made it feel more like staying in our own apartment. The modern bathroom and kitchen amenities added to our comfort during our stay. Plus, the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the charming, individually crafted rooms that offered a human touch that is hard to find elsewhere.

The poor state of repair and rickety furniture, which didn't match the beautiful images on the website.

We had an amazing stay at Incentra Village. The location was fantastic - right in the heart of a great neighborhood with easy access to transportation, restaurants, museums, parks, and shops. The room itself had a Victorian charm and we were thrilled to find out that we could have a real fire in our room, creating a romantic and magical ambiance. We enjoyed the view of the street while cozying up by the fire. The hotel's proximity to local attractions like The Whitney, Chelsea Market, and The Highline made exploring the area a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding to our special experience at the hotel. It was definitely a memorable stay and we would love to come back again.

The hotel we stayed in had two wonderful complementary features that made our stay even more enjoyable. we were pleased to find a mini-kitchenette with plates, cups, silverware, and coffee maker with coffee. This little touch was perfect for starting the day right! the hotel's location was just perfect as it was situated within walking distance of many trendy neighborhoods. We felt like we were in the heart of everything.

There was one significant downside to our city break experience in this hotel. The heating system was a little outdated and caused the room to get too warm.
