The room was clean, with an impressive view, and transportation to our event was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, particularly during the busy Coachella weekends. I encountered significant issues with room noise and vibration, which severely impacted sleep quality. The breakfast timing could use reevaluation, as cleaning started too early. staff knowledge about local attractions and accommodation policies was lacking. There’s great potential here, but consistency across all services is crucial for a true resort experience.

The hotel provides an excellent base for exploring with palm trees and flowers all around, and within walking distance to various attractions like Frank's Place and the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, I enjoyed my stay especially with the cordial staff and nice pool area, but the breakfast could use some improvement since there wasn't any meat available.

I felt like a glamorous movie star at a golf paradise. The old-school charm and history were delightful. The lobby fountain made me want to reenact a dramatic scene.

Oh joy, the pillows were as fluffy as a rock.
