Outstanding Customer Service and Amenities

The outstanding customer service from the receptionist and the provided transportation to the dance competition location truly exceeded my expectations. However, the hidden charges, uncomfortable beds, and dated rooms were major drawbacks that affected my overall experience.

The golf courses were challenging, but I managed to hold my own. The food was classic, just like something my grandma would cook. And can we talk about the nightclub that spills out into the lobby? Let's just say, I wasn't the only one busting a move with the 50-and-older crowd. a blend of retro vibes and contemporary comforts - a great spot for a family getaway, mate! Cheers!

The room, although beautiful and spacious, had a slight odor in the hallway, which slightly detracted from the otherwise outstanding experience.

The room was spacious with excellent AC. the staff were friendly and always smiling. I would DEFINITELY return. the swimming pool was even better than the photos! A must-experience!

I always return here for city trips. The staff once aided me with tech glitches. The place suits me: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, heated pool, fitness centre, shuttle service, jacuzzi.

rooms were spacious and very clean! but, there was a cup full of cigarettes ashes outside. the cleanliness was amaizing! 🧹🧼

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, especially compared to my previous stays in the area. the staff here were excellent with service and attended to any need or question I had. the room service was on point, and the housekeeping did a great job. the valet parking was convenient and the shuttle service made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the outlook over the pool area was lovely, I wish there was more variety in the breakfast menu.

Located in an area where prices are easily 3 to 4 times as much, this hotel has a great location. The tennis court is near, and the area has a lot to offer. You can visit Frank's Place or explore Palm Desert. The room is spacious and well-maintained, and the service is fast and courteous. You can enjoy the late buffet breakfast and checkout, and there are entertainment options available for a relaxing evening.

The staff can be rather rude, and some rooms are noisy due to the air-conditioning.

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of loungers and shade. We appreciated the included breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Even though our room was next to the highway, we didn't hear any traffic noise. we enjoyed our stay at this resort.
