The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. the friendly staff provided great customer service, offering helpful recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. In addition, the breakfast had multiple options and exceeded my expectations.

The building itself seemed quite old and in need of some renovations. the room was on the smaller side and the free WiFi was unreliable and had slow speeds.

I've stayed here several times over the years, always for our Cubs weekends. The location is great, within walking distance of Wrigley Field and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a well-functioning AC. The amenities are great, including free Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and a desk. The daily cleaning service is prompt and thorough. a great experience every time.

Great location, price, service, and comfort. Charming old building, fantastic staff, perfect bed. Quiet and nice area, easy access from the airport. Updated TV, free bag storage, and late night food options nearby.

The location is excellent with easy access to buses and the L. There are lots of dining and shopping options in the neighborhood. It is also close to downtown, making Lyft or Uber rides inexpensive. The staff is very nice and personable, allowing for early check-in and free luggage storage. The hotel has vending machines, ice, and a good coffee machine in the room. For bike riders, the area around the hotel is bike-friendly.

The price was also very affordable, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option.

During my stay, I did experience a minor inconvenience with the toilet occasionally running. However, it was easily resolved by lifting the lid and stopping it myself.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near Wrigley Field for three nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, even printing out a tour for me. The room was clean and comfortable, with a Keurig coffee maker and free coffee and donuts. The hotel had an old style reminiscent of Boardwalk Empire. It was conveniently located close to buses and trains, with easy access to transportation. The neighborhood felt safe and I enjoyed the quaint features of the hotel.
