As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the beautiful scenery surrounding the Inn. The lake, waterfalls, and mountains created a stunning backdrop for my stay. Wendell's restaurant served delicious food that satisfied my taste buds.

We loved the beautiful surroundings and will definitely return next year. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff was honest and helpful when I lost my silver bracelet. Even the staff in the security department had it and returned it to me. This shows a lot about the honesty and friendliness of your staff.

We also appreciated the magnetic do not disturb signs, which were a nice touch.

One of the main drawbacks was the need to switch between multiple elevators to get to different areas of the hotel, which was tedious and tiring. Additionally, the cleanliness of some areas, such as the garage and rooms, left something to be desired.
