The check-in staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated when we arrived early, allowing us to check in ahead of schedule. The room was cozy and had luxurious linens and bath amenities. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the city. I recommend this hotel.

Our Easter stay was amazing! the staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the complementary breakfast and welcome drink. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was spacious and cozy, and we especially enjoyed the fireplace and heated lamps in the bathroom. It made us feel right at home.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is very close to everything in the downtown core - museums, music venues, and coffee shops are all just a short walk away. The service was fantastic, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all provided. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and the ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in our room. The garden furniture was a nice touch and the free toiletries were very much appreciated. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were both very nice and the breakfast had some great options, including special diet menus. The staff were very attentive and always ready to assist.

Although this place is designed more for couples than families, we would still recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay. The fitness centre was great and the on-site car park and luggage storage were very convenient.
