It definitely helped to get us into the holiday spirit. Secondly, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were quick to attend to our needs and made an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. these were the best aspects of my experience at this hotel during Christmas.

the location was not as convenient as I had hoped. It was a bit far from the main attractions and it took us longer to get around than we expected.
