The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for my needs, with convenient access to transportation options.

I attended a conference at this hotel and had an excellent stay. Despite warnings of noise due to renovations, I hardly noticed it. The breakfast, which was reasonably priced at an additional $20, was amazing. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious. I especially loved the delightful coffee. The hotel staff were also accommodating, allowing me to order an omelette from room service even after breakfast hours. Yolanda from room service was particularly great!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with good lighting. The hotel facilities were well kept, and the staff, especially Yolanda, were very professional and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed a delicious omelette from room service. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the Galleria and the Dallas area for business.

My husband and I had a fantastic 25th Wedding Anniversary Staycation at the Renaissance Dallas. The facility is lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was upgraded by Manager Arthur Walker, and it was absolutely amazing. To top it off, Arthur and Sylvester surprised us with a delicious cake to celebrate our special occasion. Liliana provided excellent service at the restaurant, and Antonio was super nice during our checkout. The bath products were high quality, and the location was perfect for us, being very close to the Circle Drive Festival.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is a major advantage, as it is next to several major business centers, making it convenient for business travelers. Additionally, it is located on the opposite side of the road from EVERYTHING, providing easy access to various dining options. Galleria, a popular shopping mall, is just a short distance away.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with guests reporting issues such as chipped wood, broken doors, and unclean bathrooms.

Friendly staff, attentive service, comfortable bed, high-quality bath products, lovely facility, perfect location.

Had a wonderful Christmas here! the Christmas lights in the lobby were stunning and created a festive atmosphere. Two complementary facts offered: free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed the fitness center, which was well equipped.

I wish the elevators were faster, we had to wait a bit too long for them. the air conditioning in our room could have been better.

We got great value for our money at the Renaissance. The room was amazing, thanks to the upgrade from Manager Arthur Walker. The location was perfect for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Staycation, and the staff, especially Liliana at the restaurant and Antonio at checkout, were friendly and attentive.

The morning meal could be improved, maybe by offering more variety or better quality options.

Our stay at Renaissance was excellent! We were greeted warmly by Eric Walker, the Front Office Manager, who upgraded us to a stunning two-story duplex room on the 15th floor. The room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and modern design. The gym facility in the basement was top-notch, offering a variety of equipment to ensure a great workout. The lounge-bar was a perfect place to unwind with a wide selection of drinks and tasty food choices. The convenient location made it easy for us to attend our meetings. our experience at Renaissance was fantastic and we will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
