The staff at the counter were amazing, so helpful and kind. The room was spacious and the bathroom was spotless clean. The view of the ocean outside our room was breathtaking. The interior decoration was inviting and modern. The staff accommodated our request for a good view and we even had a Juliette balcony. The lounge area downstairs was always clean and cozy with a fireplace. The bed was incredibly soft and the pillows were amazing. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the daily walks around the area. our stay was mind-blowing and we will definitely be back!

Only downside was the hot tub being too hot in the evenings. However, it was perfect in the mornings.

The location of this hotel is superb, being right in the heart of Cannery Row. It is just a block away from the Monterey Aquarium, allowing easy access to one of the city's top attractions. the hotel provides stunning views of the bay, creating a peaceful atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The room comes with upscale finishes, including a fireplace, making it a comfortable and luxurious space. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, providing a refreshing experience.

It is disappointing that the housekeeping staff does not consistently clean and restock the bathroom daily, nor do they empty the waste baskets.

As longer-term business travellers, we loved the comfortable bed, amazing pillows, and softness of the room. The fireplace added a cozy touch, perfect after a long day of walking. The staff was friendly and professional, especially Luis at the bar who made a fantastic old-fashioned. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of the Monterey Aquarium and great restaurants. Valet parking was quick and efficient, and being IHG members, it was complimentary.

The bed was super comfortable and the room had an extra large soaking tub that a tall person could really enjoy. The hotel is located right next to the aquarium and a block from the Monterey Bay Coastal Recreation trail.

We had bad experiences with housekeeping not making up our room the first day, then finally coming after 6 PM, and the next day they had not arrived by late afternoon again. However, someone had indeed come into our room and removed the five dollar bill from the bed pillow where I had placed it!

Huge rooms with lots of electrical outlets and a power adaptor for all types of devices. Closest hotel to the Monterey Bay Aquarium with a nice view of the bay. Located on Cannery Row with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The staff is extremely nice and the facilities are very clean.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right in the center of Cannery Row. Being near the ocean and close to all the attractions on Cannery Row made it so convenient to explore and enjoy the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a balcony overlooking the bay and a upgraded coffee maker in the room. Additionally, the hotel provided 2 cans of water daily, which was a nice touch.
