Fashion Island Hotel provided a relaxing stay with excellent service. The poolside BBQ was a delightful touch with a variety of delicious options. I loved the newly renovated common areas and the warm welcome back as a return guest.

The pool was stunning and perfect for socializing and people watching. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud - so comfortable and inviting. The coastal balcony view from our 11th-floor room was absolutely breathtaking, both day and night. We also enjoyed the delicious Taco Tuesday Happy Hour at the Aqualounge, such a great value. And the breakfast at the Oak Grill Restaurant was excellent. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Victor the Valet, or possibly works with the concierge, was awesome. He made sure we were well taken care of for transportation and off-site entertainment. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from a wonderful shopping mall. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a spacious room and bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful and clean. We particularly loved the pool and the fact that we could watch fireworks from our balcony. The staff, especially in the restaurant and little food shop, were very pleasant and helpful. this hotel provided a luxurious and enjoyable experience.
