Great location, just a short walk to delicious restaurants and directly on the beach. Private beach area full of beautiful shells and hundreds of shark teeth, perfect for nature lovers. Tables and lounge chairs out back to enjoy meals while watching the waves.

The living room area could use better lighting at night, it gets pretty dark. It would have been nice to have a pool to cool off on hot days.

The location of Island House was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby dining options. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We also appreciated the helpful suggestions and friendly service from the housekeeper. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

had a great beach getaway in englewood and island house exceeded expectations. loved the updated room with full kitchen, beach chairs, and umbrella. beach access and beautiful sunsets right outside the room made it perfect.

The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations and the hotel facilities, including beach chairs and towels, were well-kept and provided a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The best part was the proximity to the beautiful beach, where we enjoyed the abundant shelling and breathtaking sunsets. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place was spotless and exactly as expected. No hidden charges or surprises. Highly recommended! The location was perfect, close to restaurants and steps from the beach. We even witnessed local turtle volunteers protecting nests. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The place was just like the pictures. Clean, updated, and close to the beach. Found over 30 sharks teeth. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas provided. Small property with great security cameras. Beautiful sunsets and helpful manager.

The fact that the property offered free parking was a definite bonus, as it made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable throughout our stay, which was great for staying connected.

On the downside, the property could use some sprucing up. The exterior of the building looked worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.
