Best aspects of our xmas stay were the spacious rooms with full amenities, including a kitchenette, and the helpfulness of the staff at the desk. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to attractions in the area. Another advantage we enjoyed was the insect-proof pool area, which allowed us to relax without any unwanted visitors.

The need for repairs in the room, including broken curtains, a roughly patched-up bathtub, scuffed walls, and flickering lights. The cleanliness of the toilet paper holder was also disappointing.
