I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The location was convenient and the staff treated us like VIPs.

Great location for Duke visitors, friendly check-in, clean room, and beautiful lobby. Despite a few minor issues, like poor satellite television and the absence of a makeup mirror, we enjoyed our stay. we would recommend this hotel.

The room set up and size of the bathroom were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. the TV was also good and had a good selection of channels. the shower was large and the shower products were of high quality. the parking was easy and the staff at the front desk and bell staff were wonderful. Additionally, the room was very quiet, which was a big plus.

The breakfast was disappointing and definitely the downside of our stay. There was no bottled water in the room, which was a bit surprising considering the price of the room.

I absolutely loved the location of Jb Duke Hotel! It was even more convenient than the Washington Duke Hotel where I've stayed before. The beautiful design of the hotel and the comfortable accommodations made my stay very enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to create a nice atmosphere, especially Donald at the lobby bar who deserves a shoutout - he made us feel like regulars! The proximity to the Duke Track and the outdoor setting visible from the rooms, lobby, and eating areas added to the serene and pleasant atmosphere. The front desk staff, including Douglas, Alexzandria, and Madeleine, were cheerful and friendly. I also appreciated the helpfulness and courtesy of the housekeeping and restaurant staff. a great stay!

The complementary coffee in the lobby was good and the free shuttle service was very convenient. the hotel was located near some great restaurants and shops.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping me when I checked in. the room wasn't very clean, and I could hear everything that was going on in the room next to me.
