Great location and comfy vibes

Super convenient spot with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff was really friendly. The bed was comfy, too. Just wish the breakfast had more options. They hardly had any fresh fruit, and it would’ve been nice to see some eggs or sausage.

The location was great, close to nice restaurants and a lovely walking area.

The air conditioning was very noisy. I had issues with my reservation despite having a confirmation.

I recently stayed at Best Western in downtown Syracuse for a few nights. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the price of $99 per night was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a restful sleep in the cozy bed. The staff, especially Meghan at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it didn't disrupt my stay. I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

While the room layouts were a bit quirky, this was to be expected in an older property. The lobby and public areas were clean and inviting. The breakfast provided was delicious, although I would have appreciated some fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Our stay at Best Western was perfect for our needs as it was conveniently located across the street from the wedding we were attending. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the fresh egg station, where the chef cooked eggs to order. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can't think of any negatives about this place. It exceeded all my expectations and provided me with everything I needed for a memorable stay.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches and pretty decorations as well as a cool shower. Would consider upgrading to a larger room on my next visit to enjoy the hotel's historical character even more.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown near many restaurants, the children's museum, and the concert hall. The rooms are spacious with well-functioning air conditioning and a kitchen in each suite. Bathrooms are functional but might be compact. The staff provides good service, with some going out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast options are okay, with a decent array of cereals but lacking fresh fruit.

One drawback is the unwelcoming service from the front desk during check-in.
