Beautiful place, spacious room

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location was truly lovely, nestled in the beautiful countryside of Massachusetts. It felt like having several restaurants onsite, providing convenience and variety. The resort itself was absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the natural beauty of the Berkshires and upstate NY.

While the rooms were a bit outdated and in need of some fresh paint, they still offered a comfortable stay. Additionally, the limited access to the breakfast service, only being available on weekends, was a minor inconvenience.

The location is outstanding! Can't beat the scenery and the proximity to Berkshire attractions and activities. The staff is outstanding! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond the call of duty. Loved the Jiminy Creek Country Store. Great food and well-stocked with friendly and helpful staff. On-site facilities, including the restaurant and tavern, were great with delicious food and drinks. The rooms are great for a weekend getaway with a kitchen, comfortable bedroom, and spacious bathroom. Easy access to the mountain and no need to drive anywhere, perfect for a mountain-focused weekend.

Felt cosy, no complaints whatsoever.

Our recent stay at a resort in Hancock was incredible. The room was clean and modern, with stunning views of the mountain. We loved having a kitchen in our room, which made mealtime so convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The resort was also very kid-friendly, with plenty of beginner ski runs for our son. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable mountain getaway.

The hotel's location in the Hills of the Berkshires offers a beautiful and scenic setting, perfect for those who love nature. There is plenty to do at this hotel with various activities to participate in. The spacious and comfortable rooms are extremely clean and offer basic amenities. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The parking situation at this hotel could be improved.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! The location was amazing - so close to the ski lifts and with easy access to all the attractions nearby. The room was spacious with a king size bed and lovely views. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were all there. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate was a great touch.

Great family-friendly alpine resort with beautiful location and accommodating staff. Well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds and nice linens. Onsite restaurant offered a hidden gem of delicious food on the third floor. Scenic ski-lift and attractions suitable for all ages. Convenience store provided a selection of healthy breakfast options and other food items.

Wow, what a great value for the money! The room at this resort was spotless and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Can't wait to return for some winter fun!

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is adding more variety to the breakfast items.

Convenient location near the mountain, beautiful view from the mountain-view room. Handy little kitchen with good supplies. Pleasant furnishings, some newer. Provided all needed linens. Enjoyed the ride on the mountain coaster.

The location of this hotel is outstanding! Being right on Jiminy Peak ski area, you have easy access to the slopes and can enjoy skiing without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel is near everything, including Lennox, and there is apparently a shortcut across the mountain, allowing you to explore the nearby attractions conveniently.

The rooms, from the lobby to the elevator to the room itself, were well-maintained and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel's Country Store, which included a variety of food options, including healthy choices. my experience at this hotel was positive and I would highly recommend it.
