I was in Washington for a week and the location couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance of DuPont Circle, Georgetown, and the IMF/World Bank. The staff at Joud Residence were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. The apartment itself was fully equipped with a small kitchen, iron, hairdryer, and even a heater for the unexpected cold weather. Joud Residence offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is stunning, with a beautiful view from the balcony. It's conveniently close to Georgetown shops and a short 15-minute walk to the Lincoln Memorial. There is also a superstore just a 5-minute walk away. The spacious apartment exceeded my expectations for the price range.

The desk man was incredibly helpful and charmingly pleasant. He made us feel welcome and assisted with any questions or requests we had.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made sure to greet us with a smile and provide helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. We were able to easily walk to several key attractions and there were plenty of stores nearby for any necessities we needed. Finally, one of the best aspects of this hotel was the view. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a magnificent view, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.

Recently stayed at Joud Residence for a weekend trip with my daughter. The staff and other guests were incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The layout of the room, with separate bedroom and living/kitchen areas, was ideal. Additionally, the balcony provided a nice outdoor space. The furniture was basic but comfortable, and the puffy comforter on the bed was a nice touch. The hotel staff accommodated us with a later check out time and storage for our luggage. They even allowed me to wait in a lounge area after check-out while my daughter had her interview. The heating system worked well and quickly warmed up the room. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of newly bought supplies, making it easy to pick up groceries from the nearby Trader Joe's. The location was convenient for accessing Georgetown and the K District. The wifi was fast and reliable.
