We had a delightful stay at this beautifully restored inn. the vintage furniture and decorations added to its charm, and everything was well-maintained. the highlight was the lovely late afternoon "tea" which was more like a small dinner with a wide range of delicious food and drink. the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location was great for exploring the area. We especially loved the quaint historical site nearby and the daffodils in early spring.

Our stay at the Julian Gold Rush Hotel was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the beautiful and well-kept authentic western hotel. The attention to detail in the 1890s decor was impressive. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always willing to assist us. The breakfasts served were delicious and filling, providing us with a great start to each day. Despite the cold weather, our room was cozy and warm, thanks to the efficient air conditioner/heater. We also enjoyed the interesting conversations we had with fellow guests, particularly the thru-hikers on the PCT. The hotel's location in Julian was ideal, allowing us to explore the town easily. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as finding parking during busy times and the limited dining options after 5:00 pm, but they did not overshadow the overall delightful experience. We would definitely recommend this charming hotel to anyone visiting Julian. our stay was fantastic and we made wonderful memories.

Checking in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and professional. The parking was convenient and the entire stay was enjoyable. We loved the historical charm and unique features of the hotel, including the tea time with snacks at 5 pm and the cozy sitting room with a great selection of games.
