Staying at JW Marriott Indianapolis was a luxurious and convenient experience. The hotel's proximity to Indianapolis International Airport, just 20 km away, made it perfect for my transit needs. The sumptuous suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and plush beds provided a serene escape, while the intuitive amenities and prime downtown location allowed easy exploration of the city's top attractions.

The only minor drawback I noticed was the lack of uniform for the restaurant managers. While the waiting staff in black uniforms were incredibly helpful, the addition of a professional uniform for the managers would enhance the overall dining experience.

I recently stayed in a hotel in Indianapolis and had an amazing experience. The hotel was beautifully designed with a great view of the river. I was also impressed with the convenient location, as it was connected to the convention center, making it easy for me to attend the conference I was in town for. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service and making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The Executive Lounge was another highlight, with its spaciousness and delicious food offerings.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the check-in process was quite lengthy and frustrating, as there seemed to be some confusion with my reservation.

I recently stayed at the Jw Marriott in Indianapolis for three nights while attending the World Drum and Bugle Corp finals. The hotel staff was efficient and cool, and the room was great with comfortable beds. The spacious bathroom shower with side jets was a unique feature that my husband found hilariously practical. The breakfast buffet offered delicious biscuits and gravy with a spicy kick, and the Illy coffee served at the restaurant was a delightful treat. The hotel's location was perfect, with a clean walkway and attentive valet workers.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff was very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located close to everything. We loved the various amenities like the room service, dry cleaning, and welcome drinks. Additionally, the room had great features such as soundproofed walls and an in-room safe.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The two restaurants had great food and good service. The hotel was clean and connected to the convention center, which was convenient for events. The bar and grill offered the option to call and pick up food to take back to the room. The chicken tenders were delicious. There is also a Starbucks on the second floor.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, with two restaurants onsite and close proximity to everything around it. The service is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and shops/commercial services available. The hotel also offers wedding services, laundry, and a wake-up service. The room amenities are fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The turndown service is a nice touch, and I felt safe with the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. The garden furniture adds a touch of luxury, and the hairdryer and free toiletries were greatly appreciated. The television and am/fm alarm clock were perfect for relaxing after a long day. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything including the convention center, Lucas stadium, and with a great view. The staff are friendly and attentive, and basic amenities are provided. The breakfast menu is varied and not just limited to Starbucks.

None of the mentioned negative aspects were present at this hotel.

The food and hospitality were magnificent at J W Marriott. Enjoyed the excellent restaurant options and friendly staff. The executive lounge breakfast and snacks were very good. The hotel is in a great location and the room was awesome, with a special anniversary surprise.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to most restaurants and places of interest. It was great not having to worry about driving in the cold weather, and we could easily explore the city on foot. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to a major stadium was a bonus, as we were able to attend a festive holiday event without any hassle.

It would have been much more convenient to have a microwave readily available or at least have a notice informing guests that they could request one. The coffee and coffee makers provided also left much to be desired.
