The rooms were beautifully decorated and had amazing views. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in our room did not work properly and the temperature never went below 76 degrees, even after multiple attempts to fix it. We had to request a different room, which was not as nice, in order to have a comfortable temperature.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Dontrez Parrish at the front desk of The Three Muses and Courtney at the BBQ restaurant. The hotel's decor was beautiful, with a unique mix of power plant remnants and modern dinosaur and mineral designs. The location was perfect, situated in the historic district of this city, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The location, being a restored power plant on the riverbank, is incredible with a view of ships entering and leaving the port. The lobby is an art exhibit with geodes and a hanging dinosaur. The rooms are clean, spacious, and inviting. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing property and beautiful river view room.

As adventure travelers, we were thrilled with the range of activities offered at this hotel. From kayaking and paddleboarding on the river to guided tours of the historic district, there was no shortage of adventure.

The food at the resort was excellent, not a single bad meal. the room facing the river was great and offered a beautiful view. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to various attractions and amenities.

The noise from the rooftop bar on the 5th floor was way too loud and disruptive, especially in the rooms. the walls and doors seemed too thin, as we could hear other guests walking and running around.

The staff members I interacted with were helpful, friendly, and made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was also perfect, with many bar areas both indoors and outdoors to choose from. Our romantic escape was extra special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning scenery. We also loved the beautiful rooms and luxurious amenities that made our stay all the more relaxing.

Luxury, pet-friendly accommodations with designer decor. Reasonable, good restaurants and an amazing river view from the fifth floor. Enjoyable breakfast with friendly and competent personnel. Visually stunning with shops, bars, and restaurants attached, a must-recommend to others. Checking in with champagne was a nice touch.

The hotel's stunning decor, ocean view rooms, and warm welcome with champagne and Byrd cookies made our anniversary celebration truly special.

It was in close proximity to all the attractions of the historic district, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the unique design of the property was also a standout feature. the lobby was like a museum with its beautiful geode exhibits and fascinating artwork. It was a visual treat that added to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel offered a stunning river view from our room, allowing us to enjoy the scenic beauty of the surroundings.

One aspect we disliked about our stay was the heavy foot traffic in the lobby, especially from people who were not staying at the hotel. It made navigating through the hotel, particularly with luggage, quite challenging.
