Breakfast was tasty and coffee was excellent. Staff were polite, prompt, and observant. Rooms were clean and modern. Location was good, near a social event with live music. a comfortable stay with good service.

The hotel was conveniently located near the convention center and the staff was very accommodating. The room was well thought-out, with lovely furnishings and comfortable bedding. The coffee at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic and the breakfast was perfectly prepared. The lobby was clean and the staff at the desk were prompt and courteous.

The valet parking took a bit long.

We had a delightful stay at this place! The hotel's location is excellent with stunning city views that we enjoyed every morning. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to deliver quality service, making us feel so welcome. We appreciated the complimentary welcome drink, a great start to our stay here. The room service was fantastic, clean and well-maintained with fresh towels and free toiletries. In addition, the tours/ticket assistance was a great help to us. We also appreciated the relaxing fitness centre, and the luggage storage that made our check-out hassle-free.

This venue is recommended for corporate business travellers, though families are welcome to stay and enjoy the services available for their convenience.

The hotel had a superb decoration, and the bed was very comfortable. , its location was convenient as it was close to key tourist points in the city. On top of that, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

There were some downsides to my stay. For the price paid, certain aspects were below expectation, such as the lack of a coffee maker and missing hand and face towels.

Our room had a beautiful view of downtown. Although the air conditioning struggled at first, the maintenance team quickly resolved the issue. we had a great stay at Kimpton and would recommend it to others.

As a business traveler, I loved the beautifully decorated hotel and the cleanliness was exceptional. The lobby and bar on the 24th floor were great for networking. The staff were professional and helpful. The suite upgrade provided stunning views of downtown. The bed was soft and comfy, and the soaking tub was amazing. Valet parking was quick, and the cleaning staff promptly provided extra towels. The on-site restaurant served good breakfast. a great stay for business travelers.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.
