The staff were very friendly and always went above and beyond to help me. The room was beautiful and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary drink upon arrival which was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel for a conference and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the balcony view of the tall buildings and the large mirror in the room was a nice touch. The customer service at the front desk was excellent, providing a warm welcome and helpful assistance throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to both the convention center and a nearby crossfit gym. a wonderful experience.

We were celebrating our anniversary and Kimpton exceeded our expectations. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and beautiful views from the balcony. The extras in the room were a nice touch, and the staff surprised us with a Happy Anniversary card, champagne, and cakes. The location is great, and the rooftop bar is wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

The room at Kimpton was great, with a fair price and a stunning view. The location was perfect for game day, with Bank of America Stadium just a short walk away. There were also plenty of great eating spots and pubs nearby, like Valhalla and Angeline's. The hotel had an excellent sanitation rate, which was reassuring.

There were some minor issues during our stay, like the rooms around us being a bit loud and having to pay for wi-fi. Additionally, we had some difficulty with the valet parking and there was a dent on our vehicle that wasn't there before.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and beautiful views from our balcony. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and overlooking a park. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a homemade cappuccino as part of the menu.

The hotel is situated in a great location in a safe area with the convention center within walking distance and cool areas to explore nearby. Rooms are modern with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and additional amenities available for purchase. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the guests' stay enjoyable.

One sink was clogged in one of the guest rooms, and the pull-out sofa did not have linens.

The hotel offered fantastic amenities like a rooftop lounge and a stunning lobby. the decor really impressed me, it was beautiful and made me feel good just being there. the room itself was also gorgeous and well-decorated. I enjoyed the overall ambiance and design of the hotel.

There were a couple of things that I disliked during my stay. I had trouble figuring out how to use the elevator.

They quickly unloaded our bags and took care of our car, even surprising us with a special detail for our anniversary. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a variety of services and facilities, including a restaurant, bar and lounge area, and even a sun terrace for entertainment. we can highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and quality accommodations.

In terms of cons, we have nothing negative to say about this place. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we will definitely be back in the future.
