The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, providing me with a wheelchair without even asking when they saw I was on crutches. The facility and water park were beautiful, and I especially loved the large lobby with its wonderful view and fireplace. The attached restaurant had reasonable prices, and the indoor and outdoor water parks were conveniently located close to the motel. a very nice place to stay!

My recent stay at King's Pointe Waterpark Resort was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us early check-in for our three rooms. The water park was a hit with the kids, and they had a great time splashing around. Although the bathroom and locker room conditions were not the best, I found alternative places to change my son to ensure his comfort. The hotel is also located near a beautiful lake, which provided us with plenty of outdoor exploring opportunities. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.

On a positive note, I appreciated the fact that coffee was readily available at the front desk, even in the early hours of the morning. This made it convenient for me to grab a cup of coffee and start my day. Furthermore, the hotel offered a water park which was a great attraction. I had a fun time at the indoor parks, especially since they provided life jackets and allowed us to bring our own float for the baby. it was a good experience, despite a few drawbacks.

I was not satisfied with the beds and pillows at the hotel. They definitely need to be upgraded for a more comfortable sleep.
