I stayed here recently and found it to be a straightforward option for a budget stay. The room was clean, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave. It was convenient to get around to local attractions. One detail I enjoyed was the fitness center, which helped me stay active during my trip. If you don't need any extra frills, this place is solid for a simple night. I'm used to exploring historic sites, so this was an easy choice for a single traveler like me.

However, the decor felt outdated, and the traffic noise was quite intrusive, making it hard to relax at times. The shower had poor water drainage, which was inconvenient, and the lighting in the room was insufficient, adding to the overall lack of comfort. Additionally, some amenities like cable TV and coffee makers were either absent or malfunctioning, which detracted from the experience.

My experience was marred by the unpleasant smoke smell in my room, despite being labeled as non-smoking. The ice machine was out of service, which was incredibly frustrating during my stay. I also found the bed less comfortable than expected, as it felt rather stiff, and the pillows were just too flimsy for a restful night's sleep.

Freshly painted rooms create a welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable beds and attentive staff make for a pleasant stay! !

the location was easy to get to and close to local attractions like the gem museum and stores. breakfast had a few decent options like cereal and sausage biscuits (though they needed heating up). the staff was friendly and accommodating!
