As a tourist, I loved the clean and friendly atmosphere at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. All the amenities in the room were fully functional, including the much-appreciated AC. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby Riverwalk, although driving would be a better option as the surroundings weren't particularly picturesque. it was great value for money.

We stayed at La Hacienda Inn for two nights and had a great experience. the property was very clean and our room smelled freshly cleaned. It was refreshing to come back to a clean room, especially with little ones. the location was also a real plus, as it was very near the Alamo dome. Despite being downtown, the hotel was surprisingly affordable. the room and bathroom were both very clean, although the pillows could have been better.

We recently stayed at a hotel in downtown San Antonio and had a great experience. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to downtown and all the attractions. We loved being able to explore the city without the hassle of finding parking. The price was also very reasonable, allowing us to have extra money for dining and shopping downtown. The room itself was cozy and clean, with comfortable sheets and a ceiling fan that made the stay even more pleasant. Despite being in a neighborhood with some rough edges, we felt safe throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. we had a comfortable and convenient stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We absolutely loved the Mexican style decor at this hotel! The beautiful furniture, tap fixtures, and pretty tiles on the walls added a unique and charming touch. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, perfect for a comfortable stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to the Riverwalk and other attractions. Free on-site parking and good wifi were also great amenities that added value to our stay.
