We had a decent breakfast with cold sandwiches and beverages served from pitchers. the hotel's location next to highway 475 was convenient. the room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor and seemed brand new. it was dirty with handprints on the bathroom faucet and trash around the room. A staff member, who we later found out was Kelvin's father, entered our room without knocking and started changing the bathroom curtain. When we raised our concerns, he was dismissive, which made us feel unsafe. We decided to leave and requested a refund, which the front desk said would be provided but ended up charging us again. I will be filing a complaint with Radisson.

Not obvious to find. The location of this hotel in a pretty bad neighborhood nearby made us feel a bit uneasy, especially when we encountered a drunk man in the parking lot upon arrival.
