But good luck finding peace with 55 trains trying to serenade you nightly. I thought an earthquake was happening instead of a train!

We had an awesome time exploring the nearby Ellis Park Race Course with the kids and our two dogs! The excitement of horse racing was a real treat for the family. The ambiance of the inn added to our delightful stay.

My children wanted a bit more variety for breakfast.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend stopover in Henderson with extraordinarily good value for money. I really appreciated how Greg went out of his way to ensure breakfast was tailored to everyone's preferences, making it feel special. Make sure to take some time to explore the nearby river parks. the scenery is pretty relaxing.

I really loved the room we stayed in had a separate entrance which made it easy to unpack. The breakfasts were not just food they were an experience, the hosts even joined us for a chat over coffee and it felt like catching up with old friends.
