Decent stay with some drawbacks

La Copa Inn Beach Hotel had a fantastic location with a Starbucks on-site and a spacious room featuring a lovely ocean view. While the staff were accommodating, our room experienced noise from upstairs and the limited elevator service was inconvenient. Breakfast was enjoyable, but renovations affected availability.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the omelet bar. the staff was friendly and quick with their service. the rooms were clean and had all the necessary updates. the AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. the location is fantastic, with popular restaurants within walking distance.

While my stay was mostly positive, I did notice a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the hot tub wasn't working, and there was a delay in fixing the hot water in the shower.

Over a dozen water attractions made me feel like a kid again. Picture this: an ocean-side bar with tasty food and drinks. Waking up to hot breakfast while admiring Laguna Madre Bay was a delight.

The beds and pillows were on the firmer side, and the water pressure in the shower and toilet was low. Some minor hiccups with housekeeping like missing washcloths and towels were noted.

The views at La Copa Inn were spectacular, perfect for witnessing both the sunrise and sunset. The fourth-floor dining area provided a lovely setting to enjoy a meal while taking in the beautiful sights of Laguna Madre Bay and the Queen Isabella Causeway. However, the best part of my stay was the thoughtful and accommodating staff who made an effort to ensure our comfort during our visit.
